Want to know more about what we're seeking? 30+ acres cleared, relatively flat vegetable land. Appropriate site has an existing house and barn, or provides the ability to build; no restrictions prohibiting the development of appropriate farm infrastructure/housing please. Willing to consider sites with far less acreage with close proximity to a town center. Eager to steward more acreage as is affordable. Search area is Greenfield, MA to Hartford, CT along the CT River valley and the 91 corridor.
